MILE Conference
A number of members of the SILVER team, from the Bridgeman Art Library and Lexara, attended the MILE metadata conference - www.mileproject.eu - which took place in London on January 17th. Stella Dextre Clarke, a SILVER metadata expert, delivered a talk on metadata standards and gave practical advice on the construction of interoperable vocabularies, highlighting the need for consistency and care. The exploration of issues relating to metadata is key to the success of the SILVER project.
Onlin Educa Berlin - Conference 2007
On November 26th and 27th BAL will attend the Online Educa Berlin conference for the international technology-supported learning and training industry. Information Gathering
We are carrying out a survey to gather initial information on how technology is currently being used in education.
